- High Level Window Cleaning specializes in commercial properties up to approximately three stories. Depending on the property, our team may use water-fed poles, extension poles, ladders or lifts to safely and effectively access exterior glass.

- It refers to the standard of the work and the service — showing up when we say we will, communicating, and standing behind the job. It is not a reference to high-rise work.
- Do you provide recurring window cleaning?

- A long pole with a soft brush and water jets, fed with purified water from a system on the truck. Because purified water has the dissolved minerals removed, the glass can be rinsed rather than wiped and dries without spotting — which lets us clean elevated exterior glass from the ground where conditions allow.
- Do you use ladders and lifts?
- Yes to both. We use ladders regularly and lifts where the elevation and the site call for it. The access method is chosen per elevation, not per company preference.
- Can you work around our business hours?
- Yes. Early mornings, off-hours and weekends are available whenever a property needs to stay clear during operating hours.
