Recurring Commercial Window Cleaning

A standing schedule so exterior glass stays consistent and nobody on your team has to remember to call.

Most commercial window cleaning gets ordered late — after a tenant mentions it, after a corporate visit is scheduled, after the glass has been dirty long enough that someone finally notices. Recurring service removes that step. We set the frequency once, hold the dates, and the property simply stays presentable.

Available frequencies

  • Weekly — high-traffic entrances, restaurants and busy retail glass
  • Biweekly — storefronts and customer-facing showrooms
  • Monthly — office entries, dealerships, medical and dental buildings
  • Quarterly — the most common cycle for multi-tenant office and retail exteriors
  • Semiannual — industrial and warehouse elevations, spring and fall
  • Annual — low-traffic or seasonal properties
  • Custom — split scopes, for example monthly entrances with quarterly full exteriors

Not every property belongs on the same cycle, and we will not push a frequency a building does not need. Roadside glass, drive-thru lanes and entries near landscaping generally need more attention than a rear elevation nobody walks past.

How a recurring account runs

  • Scope and frequency agreed in writing before the first visit
  • Automatic reminders ahead of each scheduled cleaning
  • Consistent crew familiar with the building, its access points and its quirks
  • Professional invoicing after each service — ACH, credit card, PO reference or approved net terms
  • One point of contact for every property on the account

Why property teams standardize on a schedule

Recurring service reduces the administrative side of facility upkeep: fewer one-off approvals, fewer forgotten cleanings, predictable budgeting, and a vendor who already knows where the water spigot, the gate code and the loading dock are. For multi-property portfolios it also means one coordinated calendar instead of a dozen separate phone calls.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract requirement?
We work from an agreed scope and frequency rather than a long lock-in. If a schedule is not right for the property, we adjust it.
Can different buildings in our portfolio be on different frequencies?
Yes. Portfolios are usually mixed — a quarterly cycle on office exteriors and a monthly cycle on the retail pads is a common setup.
What happens if weather cancels a scheduled date?
We contact you and reschedule to the next workable date. Northeast Ohio winters mean occasional moves, and we would rather move a date than clean glass in conditions that will not produce a good result.
