High Level Window Cleaning is the commercial window cleaning division of Westlake Window Cleaners, LLC. The name refers to the standard we hold the work to — not to the height of the buildings we clean.

There are 22 years of industry experience behind this company, and 6 years operating this business. Over that time the pattern has been consistent: commercial customers do not leave a window cleaner because of price. They leave because the crew stopped showing up, stopped communicating, or stopped caring about the details.
What we specialize in
Exterior commercial glass. Offices, retail centers, storefronts, restaurants, industrial plants, warehouses, dealerships, medical and dental buildings, schools, hotels, multifamily communities and property-managed portfolios throughout Strongsville, Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Interior glass is offered where it makes sense as part of an overall scope, but the exterior is what we are built around.
We work on commercial properties up to approximately three stories, using water-fed poles, pure-water systems, extension poles, ladders and lifts where appropriate. We do not perform high-rise work, and we will tell you plainly when a building is outside our range.
Insurance and documentation
We are fully insured and carry workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request, along with W-9 documentation, purchase-order billing, vendor onboarding paperwork and net terms for approved commercial accounts.
