Method is chosen per building, not per company preference
Some elevations are ideal for a pure-water, water-fed-pole approach from the ground. Others — heavily framed storefronts, glass with construction residue, interior-facing detail work — are better cleaned traditionally with a squeegee. Most commercial properties end up being a combination. We look at the glass, the access and the surroundings before deciding, and we tell you what we plan to use.
