Multi-Story Commercial Window Cleaning

Plenty of commercial buildings in Northeast Ohio have glass that is simply out of reach from the ground with a bucket — second-floor office windows above an entry canopy, a three-story hotel elevation, apartment glass over landscaping, a mezzanine window wall in a plant. That is standard work for us.

High Level Window Cleaning serves commercial buildings up to approximately three stories. Within that range we handle elevated and awkward exterior glass regularly, and the access plan is decided per elevation rather than per building.

Access methods we use

• Water-fed poles with purified water for elevated glass reachable from stable ground
• Extension poles for shorter reaches and detail work above ground level
• Ladders, used regularly and set up on suitable footing with the area kept clear
• Lifts where the property and the elevation call for it
• Traditional squeegee work wherever it produces the better result

What we look at during an assessment

• Ground conditions and what sits beneath the glass — landscaping, grade changes, walkways, parked vehicles
• Overhangs, canopies and recesses that block a straight pole line
• Overhead obstructions and utilities
• Pedestrian and vehicle traffic patterns and the timing that keeps everyone clear
• Glass condition, including any staining that needs a separate conversation

Where our range ends

Above approximately three stories, a building generally needs a different category of contractor with different equipment. We will tell you plainly if a property is outside our range rather than taking the job and improvising.
