Window Cleaning for Industrial & Manufacturing Facilities
Plant exteriors, elevated ribbon glass and office fronts — cleaned around production, not in the way of it.
Manufacturing properties around Northeast Ohio tend to share the same window problem: a presentable office front that gets attention, and a large amount of production-side glass that has not been cleaned in years because nobody owns it and nobody can reach it.
The glass on an industrial property
- Office and reception elevations — the part customers, auditors and candidates see
- Elevated ribbon and clerestory glass along production walls
- Dock offices, guard shacks and break-room windows
- Mezzanine and supervisor-office glass overlooking the floor
- Skylights and daylighting panels where they can be safely accessed
Site access and scheduling
We plan around shift changes, dock activity and yard traffic. Sign-in requirements, escorts, PPE expectations and restricted areas are confirmed during the assessment. If your facility requires a contractor safety orientation, we build the time for it into the schedule instead of showing up unprepared.
Documentation and compliance
General liability and workers' compensation coverage, Certificates of Insurance, W-9s and vendor onboarding packets are routine. We do not claim industry safety certifications we do not hold — if your program requires a specific credential, tell us and we will give you a straight answer.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you clean while the plant is running?
- Usually yes for exterior work, as long as we can coordinate around traffic lanes and dock activity. Interior production-area glass is normally scheduled during downtime.
- How often do industrial exteriors need cleaning?
- Semiannual is a common baseline, with the office elevation on a shorter cycle. Facilities near heavy truck traffic or dusty operations often go quarterly.
- Do you carry workers' compensation coverage?
- Yes. We are fully insured and carry workers' compensation; certificates are available on request.
