Pure Water Window Cleaning
Purified water carries no minerals, so exterior glass rinses clean and dries without spotting.
Tap water in Northeast Ohio carries dissolved minerals. Rinse glass with it and those minerals stay behind as spots when the water evaporates. Pure-water cleaning solves that by filtering the water first, so what hits the glass is water with the dissolved solids removed.
How the water is prepared
Water is run through a filtration process on site that removes dissolved minerals before it reaches the brush head. The purified water loosens and carries away dirt, then evaporates cleanly. Because there is no detergent in the rinse, there is no soap film left on the glass to attract dust.
What it does well on commercial exteriors

What it does not do
Pure water is a cleaning and rinsing method, not a restoration process. It will not remove mineral etching, paint, adhesive, silicone or construction residue bonded to the glass — those need evaluation and, where appropriate, a different treatment. It also is not the right tool for interior glass or for detail work at entrances, where a squeegee gives a better result.

- Is pure-water cleaning safe for tinted or coated glass?
- Exterior surfaces are cleaned with a soft brush and water only, with no abrasive product. Where a manufacturer has specific care requirements for a coating, tell us and we will follow them.
- Do you need to use our water?
- We can use an on-site spigot when one is available, or bring water. Confirming water access during the site assessment keeps the visit efficient.
- Will it get rid of the white spots on our glass?
- Sometimes. Fresh mineral deposits often come off; deposits that have etched the glass surface do not. We test an area first and tell you what the realistic outcome is.
